... not get any hike and promotion. Favorism is the next thing which is worse here. You will not get any promotion or handsome salary hike even if you perform outstanding as they first pour major part of budget to their favorite people and whatever remaining is then adjusted in between rest.

Gallagher as a company provides employees with many perks and salary is also good.

Dislikes

The work life balance is not so good. There's pressure while working and we does not get enough personal time for ourselves.

No bonus, no annual gifts, no recognition, people are not respected. Too much biased salary, same job one person gets 5lakh, other gets 15 lakh. No motivation and if ppl speak they will be told to leave the organisation

There is nothing to like about Gallagher except for Work from home benefits

Dislikes

Salary is less and the work pressure is more, they will even force you to work on weekends no work life balance, they will treat you badly even during the notice period

* Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

Dislikes

In terms of pay Its little bit less . It should improve by 20%
