I wish they gave holidays over festivities in India, and instead of alternative working Saturdays, if I had 2 weeks off, then I would have been still working at the same place.

Company treat their employees like inhuman. The company’s management hire people only from North East part of India. They treat them the way they want. In my tenure there was an incident when one of my colleague fell sick n she was not taken to hospital moreover the management didn’t gave her any reason for that. The partiality is at its best over there. There are 2 level of employees 1st who are caller who dial manually to costumers and 2nd who are consultants. The worst part of being an employee of this company is while you are in your shift you have to submit your mobiles n you’ll get it back once your sift is over, that means that you can’t have your mobile even in your breaks which is very humiliating, where as few ppl are allowed to keep and use there mobiles while on floor. I haven’t seen this culture in my entire MNC carrier. It’s a company that works in DOUBTFULLY means when you call ppl is USA you are not allowed to gave the name of your company nor the contact no. In fact they give the fake name of the company to ppl they call. The process this company works for may be legitimate but the way the company works is highly doubtful.

The way the company works, as when the Employee makes call to US ppl he or she is not allowed to identify by themselves by there real name or to gv the name of the company nor the contact no. at the intial stage, once they get the people’s bank info then they gv or connect ppl to a 3rd party company from US. Mobiles not allowed even in break time. Partiality between Callers n Consultants. Extra working hours if team’s daily target is not met. Alternate Saturday is mandatory to work.
