...ame. The work place is literally owner by the GAIL employees and their families. Although you get a good compensation and salary but your personal life is going to suffer. You have to get involved into sycophancy to get yourself safe. Situated in the remotest location of India you should consider it as your option only and only if there's nothing left. The career growth is like any other school. There's lots and lots of politics and it hampers the overall growth if you are not one of those.

Dislikes

There's no privacy because you get to see your students in the market and around your neighborhood. The team there is not supportive. No basic induction was provided just straight to work and then getting judged for all the wrong doing. So much politics and sycophancy.
