It was a great place to work as you can learn a lot and develop your digital marketing skills & techniques. It was very challenging in the start but it helped me to increase my confidence. Since this is a medium scale brand, you can explore a lot and advance your career. Also, office timing is 10 AM - 6 PM.

Dislikes

Six day work week ( Mon - Sat) No PF & ESI benefits. Entire salary is take home.

I had a fantastic experience working at Gadgetshieldz. The work environment was both stimulating and supportive, fostering a positive atmosphere that made coming to work a pleasure. Healthy work-life balance. Collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

I interned at Gadgetshieldz for 30 days. Since it was my first offline internship after the covid outbreak adapting was quite difficult for me, but i was eager enough to learn more. I could say that I got the opportunity to gain experience in various things in digital marketing such as social media marketing,google and facebook ads and product photoshoots and much more.I would also like to add that my colleagues were hardworking and inspiring and above all very knowledgeable in their fields.My ideas were always heard, encouraged and rectified when necessary.

only 2nd and 4th saturdays are half working days. Timings are from 10-6

The work environment is very good and I got to learn a lot of marketing techniques which I couldn't have in other companies. Since it's not an MNC, you won't get that posh office campus kind of environment but for skill development with a relaxed feel, it was a great place to work.

Dislikes

No holidays on Saturdays. Project management methods need to improve.
