...n actual teaching and research. Also holidays are very less, leaves are minimal. So they get a good excuse to deduct salary when you take leave.

No job security. No promotions and salary increments for people for existing staff whereas new incompetant staff is getting more salary. No proper policies for staff. No leaves.

If the higher administration staff are amateur and non professionals, then you can easily understand how the administration, related to affiliations, accreditation are going on. 4 people from this higher level used to have close room meetings which mainly comprise criticizing others and having plenty amount of foods throughout the day, pleasure walks on the campus and passing out a good time. Now, if you're really sincere and hard working and developing + promoting the department, these 4 people first of all, will try to pull you down. If not successful, then they will create scenario, so you will be extremely insulted and pressurized to leave your job. Now, if you protest, then, on a fine morning, you will find your email ID has been deactivated and the HR manager is saying you to resign. So, this is the overall security of this so called university. This happened to lot of people. Why people do not protest? Because, the University is located 70 kms. away from Nagpur. People need job, they travel for 4 hours a day to up and down, only to contribute zero% and just to save their job. The location is so remote that within 40 kms. vicinity you will not find out a single grocery shop or pharmacy if you're staying in the campus. In addition tremendous power cut and non sense food in the canteen sums up everything.
