Learning experience is very good. The management will support you but only up to some extent.

My last manager is terrible. They dont know how to treat employees. they will forcefully pull you into the project and expect you to work for different technology which you dont know. No proper guidance will be provided. you will be forced to work even on weekends. They dont have professional decency. Zero work life balance you can have. No proper response. i dont know how these people became managers. you won't get any benefits like transport. Even your employee's share pf will be taken from your pocket.

This is a very good place to work, to show the talent , to get a good knowledge on work, especially as a fresher there is a chance to put up more hard work and talent here. Team mates and the management are more supportive.
