Management is not corporate but CO OP housing ltd. Too much toxic, too much politics in not just daily but they keep these point even in appraisals and there they take advantage. Never think human and resources but majdoor!! Work late working hours and non working days on name of dedication. There culture is to sit more and show how much u can work nothing like work life balance. Too much bosy and nosy Management like they would even force to tell ur personal life. Full of drinkers. They kick out people once work is done. Purposely force employees to go on these platform and write good. Don't believe if they get certificate it's just there target to get of so called working place. Environment is all about who is the Raja beta of CEO, and that only happens not Hr would help.you bcz she also in that team not at all neutral person.

You get to learn everything in this Fintech company and founders are very humble and supportive.Also,you are open to share your views and opinions to improvise the product.Though,I worked for a year but I never felt that I was working under any pressure. Thanks and Regards Anubha
