The learning is great. The team works in cohesion and helps others. One is trained to handle more responsibilities. There is zero politics and work life balance is maintained. The company encourages risk taking and rewards hard work. One gets to work with large corporate and promoter driven clients, so the learning is vast! A great place is one is in learning mode and has the right attitude!

Dislikes

There is nothing really to dislike. Except that, if you are the type who wants to work in a large set-up, with a building of their own, then this is not for you. Besides, if you are looking for a brand on your CV, Future Tech is a boutique firm. However, you can learn more than any large format company teaches you (because they don't)!

Complete space and time were given to learn and to be efficient at work.

Dislikes

Not flexible with office timings and didn't really support employees when they need leave for genuine reasons ( Lack of management support)

Friendly Teammates and good work environment.

Dislikes

No job security, no projects for the company and mass removal of employees by management. Salaries are not paid on time, very bad in payment of salaries. No career growth and learning of technology is not there.
