The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

At the time of Appraisal they humilate employee and complaining about employee performance without any reason, so employee can leave the company or stay with previous salary or negligible hike. Also, before leaving company you should serve 2 months notice period or give one month salary to the company. In the notice period they pressurise you to work double than other employees and they give your salary of those months after 120 days after. There is no training or guidance for employees from managers they only shouting when you do mistakes. The company mention in appointment letter working hours 10 am to 7 pm, but actually before 8:30 no one dare to go home. Most of the employees are working there around 10 pm. Who are working on client report and at time of dispacth date they working at 4 am also. Even girls are working 12 am or 1 am at night. Firing of employees according to managers mood. In previous months in food department all new employees are fired without any reason, even HR people are shocked that time. So, those who are serious about thier career and enough good to get job in another company not join this company. Remain jobless is good than taking job in this company.

Friday snacks monthly, for which you pay 400 bucks from your salary every month. Gossip, which even your manager loves to do (even if you aren't interested) 1st 6 month is enjoyable as you're in that learning phase but most importantly you are unaware of the toxicity rising within the team. Micromanaging is nothing (especially the healthcare team), it's the neighbourhood gossip which you can do with your team member about the team member within the team itself. ASK WHY?? coz u aren't allowed to speak with other domain members (you may leak secrets) or else you will be warned to be kicked out eventually to be kicked out later. But whatsoever I love my ex-Family 🤮

Work-life Balance (what is that?) Work on weekends/holidays either for sales support task or to deliver a project (obviously we can do any task with a Godspeed, Even if that need us to sacrifice our beloved weekend) Skill Development!!! Biggest scam. If your ego clashes with your manager, they'll make sure to give u the work with the least skill utilization. Fun to learn, till you can actually learn. Job security- again!!! The worst, managers will do their best to save their a**es and their chamchas by taking away credits for important task, making sure you or your talent are never highlighted in front of the forum. So when they want you out, only thing would be - you did not meet your target, or there were no efforts at your end. Clean chit. Those who will be joining, once you cross 1 yr, please start looking for new opportunities. Company doesnt want you, coz you are an existential threat to your bosses job (incase you are even better than them)

I have worked in this company for 11 months and when my appraisal period was coming over in 12 months. HR asked me to resign without any prior notice by giving an excuse of cost cutting and layoff.

No job security, not a competitive compensation as per industry standards. Unprofessional HR named pratiksha nandanwar. Acts like a child and is rude and non- responsive toward employees.
