Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain

No support at all. Instead a hefty pay cut of 30-35% was imposed ,on top of that huge salary delays was there.

Dislikes

Learning was really good there. But management is really miserable,they wont bother to tell you if anything is happening in the company like salary cuts,salary delays,no info at all.

...st of the time it is 11-12 hours duty & during the sale period late in to night.During this COVID pandemic company reduced the salary of the employees & hold the salary who are in outstation.

...eling little uncomfortable in presenting its point of view towards this company. With the salary tolerable synthesis and even instead band and post are the same I still get myself at all these point of view from where I started. Along with this it is unacceptade and confidence lossing approach from the side of seniors.which is affecting my power loosing have to work in this company.

Salary of tm is low we are working for 9 hrs shift sometime 10 hrs but no extra salary is given salary should be increase of tm at least for those tm who have completed 2 yrs there meat handler stipend should be increase from 500 to 1000.Those who are hard worker there should be given respect which is not given always
