In my almost 3 years experience I have learnt lot of things , great platform to learn skills ,some colleagues and managers are very supportive, I'm greatful to that.

Dislikes

1.Managers behaviour 2. Partiality 3.no appreciation 4. Hike 5.entertainment 6.no team outing 7. No month end celebration/ activities for mental stress.

One of the worst company ever, where even after 6months the management doesn't know what work to be assigned to the candidates hired by them for th job role, no respect for the employee. They just do hiring and firing for silly reasons without any proper justification. No job security at all. It's not for the people who are looking to build there career it's just for freshers who wants to get paid with minimal work.

Dislikes

The entire management and so called Mr. Ashok (he is non sense) full of ego and revenge seeker over the employee.. he wants respect without giving respect to the employee.. he should learn to speak to employees as he is not lord of everyone. Worst company ever

To gain experience from few selected senior managers

Nothing is good expect few senior mangers not even CEO, manageing director, they don't care what employees suffer or do they care only about business and money.all senior employees will show hell and f**k all juniors

Decades of experience, the management is very good. Senior people are very supportive. Ample time given to start your journey, even though you are experienced professionals, you will get 2-3 months to gather yourself, make contacts and develop your sales funnel. Numerous online training available to learn and grow.

Dislikes

The company needs to have a vision for future. They claim to be Solution provider, however they are nothing more then a product sales company. Work culture is not great. New employee finds it very tough to work under the given culture.

Zero. Management is worst. They don't care about anything and are not interested in their own growth, forget about the employees learning and growth.

Dislikes

Also there is not a single customer who is happy working with them or would recommend them. No facilities provided by them. Beware. They find ways to cut pay of their employees.
