Job security: Well, the job is secure as the company is established in 1994 and as it is a medical device industry it produces stuffs that is necessary and not luxury hence job security is good unless you derail yourself. Work culture: Work culture is good but can be improved by having a get together at a decided interval, it will dilute the monotonous nature. Management: Good, they are approachable. Company policies: Yes the policies are good, leave benefits can be explored further.

Politics: Mild politics are there in all organization, it is ok as it is not parasitic in nature. Learning: This is the best in the organization, you can learn a lot here about the subject. Work environment: good. Innovation: Yes new ideas are welcome. Work life balance: Good.

In private sector employees are loosing their jobs due to recession, competition & now for corona etc., it has become common now a days everywhere. As you are all aware MNC's given pink slips to lakhs of its employees due to Corona, but in our company due to corona pandemic not even a single employee removed from the job and given salary for few months without work, it show how good our management and job security in our company. In my opinion working culture means in company how each and every individual will get respect from others, irrespective of his post or position. Here in our company all employees respecting each and others and we feel here homely atmosphere. Management is the backbone of any organisation. Any company or organisation to succeed it should have stable and well structured management to hire the right people for the right jobs with professional back ground, this policy is adopted in our company and it is giving really good results.
