Everything. One of the best companies ever I have worked for. Starting from Typing Excercise, English Communication Enhancement, Job-related Training, Technical Hackathons, Perfect Salary Package, On-site, Agile Coaching, etc Everything is well-thoughtful. Michael and Kevin are great personalities. And I wish they should be always.

Dislikes

Politics of a few leaders/teammates. But, Overall an Organization is great.

Don't have to address anybody with salutations, salary comes on time. A laptop is given and all requirements are considered.

Dislikes

Poor Work life balance, Management is happy when working overtime, frowns when leaves are asked for. No direction, feedback less management.

Overall company culture is good, people is amazing here. You can learn and contribute as much as you can noone going to stop you.

But in terms of salary and benefits it's not good. Quite low would say as it is a product based company it should give more actually their expectations from employees is too high but salary is toooo low!

Workfrom Home. Working with Head Of Enginnering and other Seniors given good exposure in system design and building the solutions helped me to learn lot.

Very Bad Business Management , there is no strucutred thinking. We have been pulled very frequently in different direction due to lack of clarity. Indian operation was take care by American , he is rude never had any empathy. One of the worst crooked mind I ever came across. Last 8-9 months software development/architecture is run by Underdeveloped Manager like Naresh and Bala. These people don't have experience like my previous leader. This affects many. The above reason are not my prmiary reason to leave the jonb ,I decided to leave my job because few Senior Engineering Manger throw other people in firebit to keep there existance. This is not honerable behaviour. I pity on those people. I am glad I left the organiszation. Now I am placed Forutne 500 company with 80% hike. I would leave note for the incompetance managers and Stake holders "Karma is Boomarang".
