...e then 100% to them. Very unsatisfactory employer HR head and Delivered Manager. They have not given my salary as per mentioned in Anuxture.

Except colleagues everything was pathetic, company culture was not good, No proper Increments, No Bonus, and the worst part is you will not get your FNF payment after leaving the organisation.

...th Fulcrum for 4 Years and I do not see any issues. Pros - Work life balance No unnecessary deductions in salary No firing unless you do some offense cons - Sometimes need to work bit late but we get compensation for it

Cultural activity is very good. more and more paper and manual work poor HR function

Small company poor management team. Minimal hike, no job security . Dont expect salary on time. Dont expect foodcard amount would be loaded on time. Need paperless work .

fair opportunity to grow. you can switch to other technical skills if you want, you will be encouraged for that. Flexibility in work. Growing company with potential leadership. Onsite opportunities are available. Good in job security
