Compensation is decent, but groth is slow.thework pressure is very high .sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight ina day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late in to the night. Manger do not value an individual unique strength . I do receive appreciation email from my client but my most hi untold during my mid year appraisal. Also there is job training for freshar . So which is pa8n sometime.

All most seniors officers currupt, every time claims will get after three months, salary get delay when I questioned they removed from job, after six months they cleared my claims.

Company is very good seniors are least bothered of employees working under them.

The company is open to work in accounts executive post . My teammates , colleagues and my head officers are supportive . They provide me a job in Bhagalpur Bihar in Bsrtc Bhagalpur Division.

My salary is very poor , growth is slow .Work pressure is very high. I have had to work sometimes 10-13 hours they don't give us overtime salary.
