There is nothing to like. People will just throw you out saying they don't have any task and no money to pay for you. Then why do they hire people.

Dislikes

No job security. They will throw you when they don't like you. They never mind about employees need and satisfaction. Also, if they fix to throw you out, they will just target you and give you some work. Finally, they will tell you didn't do well and ask you to resign. They don't bother about notice period. They will ask you to resign right away. They should not hire people for time being and they don't give you a work task as per your job role. They can give you any role just to speak to customer as like BPO.

There is no job security at all,they will pay or give offer letter for high package for a month and then will say that they have no money to pay for more months and do not think about any employee family and hit on employee stomach,still iam searching for job,I was working well in a company,they brainwashed me and called,such companies should be closed and has to be reported at police stations for complaints,they are just playing with employee life,if they don't know to run company or don't have money then why are they doing business
