I have worked over there for around eight months. First month they give us time to go through the application and some code KT. After that i have started worked on stories. There is no documents for any story no tester for testing those. Expectation is too high from employee.

Dislikes

Over all experience is good learning opportunity. But job security is zero. They told me to resign after seven months.

Learning experience is really good here. You will get responsibilities if you are good at your work.

Dislikes

No work from home policy. Work life balance is not so good. Sometimes due to the pace of the work…quality is compromised. No perks at all…systems are at their worst stage

I really Enjoying working in Fretron Private Limited For several reasons. Firstly, the company has a fantastic work culture that emphasizes collaboration and innovation . Its place where ideas are encouraged and where teamwork is highly valued.

Good Culture,Help to achieve learning skills fast as compared to other companies

Not much points but want to add on my point that work distribution is not so good as sometimes there was such works which doesn't based on your skills ie. not up to the mark of skills , technologies used in the company.So need to little improvement for that.

1. New learnings about the SaaS/IT/Logistics industry. 2. Management gives ample opportunities to learn, grow and achieve. 3. 5 days working with flexible working hours. 4. Growth opportunities for candidates who are starting their career.

Dislikes

1. As of now I haven't felt anything that needed improvement but still Fretron can work on the employee engagement activities.
