...ment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is better not good.company policies are good,appraisals are fair but they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies so new comers employees are missguided.growth is not properly in company due to very less amount of salary raise.

Initial years working atmosphere was good , company was in growth phase . Worked directly with two earlier MD's where learning was good and compensation was good.

Dislikes

Highly political atmosphere , work culture since the last MD deteriorated. Compensation and annual increments and appraisals are highly political, based on likes and dislikes. Growth opportunities for few.

DSM behaviour is ridiculous. Once you not achieved the target you will loss your job by next day. In open meeting they will threatened you to terminate. After that ASM will asking for resignation.

Alternate develop and location of company. And nothing

Big difference in salary structure all employee. HR management is careless I'm making difference between employees. Higher management is not facing equally all employees. Pressurize har shop floor employees.
