Company didn't gave time to like something about it.

Dislikes

They hired me as intern for 3 months saying I will get the opportunity for full time but without any intimation or warning management person came out of nowhere and told we can't continue with you after just completing 1 month. I think he forgot that he hired me as an intern not as an experienced developer. Hopefully they understand that this behaviour and playing dirty games is not good and it creates chaos in an employees life.

Higher management with not care about you and as an employee you can even defend yourself if something is going wrong within the team and manager with spoonfeed all the higher management and will ask you to do shifts which you are not comfortable doing and whatever might be the issue the only contact person is manipulative management

Dislikes

Worst work place to get a job and there is no team cooperation and there is no management, who might listen to you and CEO him self is not responsible for his company and will listen only to manager but if you ask something then either you will be removed from Foyr or you will get screwed by managements or manager will make you life hell until you leave the company.

Likes

Foyr is having the best working atmosphere where one can work freely without much interven from the seniors rather the senior employees are very helpful and can be reachead out easily anytime .

Dislikes

job security , you always have a fear of loosing the job beacuse the targets are given fast ane they are reviwed very fast every week in any given week if you don't perform good you will feel low as your performances and hard work are overlooked .

Likes

The best part was the projects and clients. Except that everything else had high level of corruption plus disorganization in every single aspect.
