Let me think first..i gave 2 star just bcz it was my first company and they give me one chance ..only the culture was good in starting..and a little time flexibility but no innovation at all. They told you to bring new ideas..but when u tell them any idea what u thought they give weird reaction.

Dislikes

Everything .. no job security , if u are ready to do flattering then you job will be secured. I took only 3 and 1/2 leave in 4 months and they told me that u are taking too much leave...i am on probation period in the company .. if i have doubt in some code and i ask to my senior (company boss) they don't want to teach you they just want to get work done. I work 10+ hours everyday but they never appreciate it...work pressure is very high. They didn't give any training as we are freshers. They don't think about your future at all.

I feel very happy about the fact that, I got an opportunity to learn from experienced people. Though working at Start-up is more challenging, with Foxteria I felt more clear about my path towards the growth of myself and company.

Dislikes

We work on 1st and 3rd Saturday.
