...hey simply roaming only in shopfloor. No proper controlled documentation. etc no proper allowvance, salary and monthly they debit min 600 for silly reasons.. no leave facility.. medium possibilities.

On time salary, 10 CL, 10 sick leave per years. And earned leave are there. Transport is good. Increment is good. Yearly bonus based on the performance ( every one will get bonus bus based on the performance, good worker gets hight bonus and employee not performed well who will get low bonus ) available. Company leave policy is too good. Once you get the job, they will never relieve you that was your choice only. So job security is there. Salary is good.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
