Team members were good, helpful and management was also very good. But they have lack of innovation. Work environment was too friendly. If you work good, your job will be secured and appraisal was very nice. Work life balance is almost okay, but as there was pressure and we all were responsible in different module so we had to deliver those stuffs so maximum people did those stuff in home after leaving office. If you finish your job, you do not need to do those stuffs. Learning wise, freshers or beginners will have good curve, otherwise stagnant.
