The corporate culture it provided at the time of association with ITC was good. It has some nice F&B outlets to develop your skills and grow. All the family members of the owner are very much polite towards staff which is rarely found and a very big plus. I have gained several promotions (of course I deserved) while my long term association, which may not be possible in all the hotels. Worked with some amazing seniors whom I closely followed and learned a lot.

Dislikes

1. The negative thing is playing dirty politics at senior management level who are again associated for long time. 2. The worst experience in my whole life was working under the worst lady HRM there. She will make your life miserable every day. Minus her, lot of things can sort out in favour of the staff very soon. The whole hotel is suffering her long term association with the hotel. 3. Your personal life will be miserable if you work in F&B Service there, extremely long hours of duty, minimum 12 hours, that too in break shift every day. No matter where do you commute from. Rarely you will get 4 offs per month. It's always lesser. Forget c/off for working in holidays, there is nothing. You maybe forced to do some personal work of your boss regularly outside the hotel, sometimes on duty, sometimes off duty hours. Don't dare to say no. Conditions of other departments are normal as other hotels.
