Likes

The staff who work are really hardworking and deserving, learnt many things from them. The environment is good.

Dislikes

There is no proper response from administration. There is no job training for Intern and freshers. All they just give you a loads of work and demoralize you at your mistakes instead of motivating them.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
