My Honest Review – Think Twice Before Joining This Company (Fleet Department) If you're considering joining this company, especially in the Fleet Department, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. The working culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. Management Issues: The Pan India Operations Head, Mr. Himanshu Malik, lacks basic professionalism and communication skills. His way of speaking with employees is disrespectful and demoralizing. The Mumbai Manager, Mr. Wilson Pinto, behaves arrogantly, as if he owns the company. His attitude is far worse than what you'd expect even from a company owner. Constructive feedback is not welcomed here. The management seems to prefer sycophants over genuinely hardworking employees. There is no value for talent or dedication. If you're sincere and focused on delivering results, you will likely go unrecognized unless you constantly flatter the leadership. Exit Process: If you're planning to leave, the process is unnecessarily difficult. They demand a formal email even if you're available on call and cooperating. No respect is given to outgoing employees – professionalism is sorely lacking. Ground-Level Team: On a positive note, the internal ground team is supportive, cooperative, and hardworking. Unfortunately, their efforts are often overlooked due to poor management practices. Final Verdict: If you're looking for a healthy work environment, growth, and professional respect, this is not the right place. Avoid this company unless you're ready to deal with unprofessional management and an unappreciative work cultures.

You just work like slave for no appreciation or salary - what the company pays you it's better what swiggy or zomato pays to their employees. The work culture is horrible and no career growth.

Good work environment, Teammates & management arn"t supportive. There is biggest drawbacks is that your teammates finds your mistakes like that they are going to get award for that.

There is a lot of politics and the HR team doesn't address our issue, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Employee benefits. They just make you work, they will never take you for outing and plus only the Manager and above level are invited for their office parties. We will do the hard work and the Manager and above level will enjoy the success parties. Keep it up FORMULA.
