Flexible Good salary

Dislikes

HR team is biased if they know well your job is secured Frequent lay offs Even senior management does not the strategy it changes every month No job security They will fire you saying it's redundancy and will open the position again in 1 week Skill won't develop they will start working on new tech stack and then would fall back to old tech in few months

Forcepoint is good company to work with for Salary and PF benefits.Its unique when I was working but now things have changed it is very similar to other companies.

Work-life balance, Managers are just postmasters of the company. Nobody is accountable for anything in the organization blame game goes on. In spite of being Top performer in the organization no recognition or reward, You will be treated like slave.

You will get lots of work and learning opportunities. Really like the way cases are.

...tunities and most importantly no transparency between management and employee... They will fire you any time they will not pay shift allowance and food allowance on time . Delayed at least 2 month.

This environment has contributed to frequent layoffs, which are often sudden and unexpected. In a recent instance, a significant wave of layoffs occurred in India, affecting over 100 employees.
