stagnant company. no new clients are being brought on so employees are getting barely any hikes unless they know how to pretend to be in love with the company's culture. Hardworking employees are being let go after putting in years of efforts while leadership knows nothing about how to groom and nurture talent, let alone to get work done from their team in a respectful way.

* The entire job description of a data specialist is fake. This job will give you no learning; you'll just be doing data checks on an Excel sheet that's too with very noob data. * Too much politics, favoritism, seniors, and managers make the lives of specialists miserable. * This is the only company where I have seen managers taunting terrible leadership. * Each and every person is fake and is using you to make their step upwards. * Each specialist and analyst has different salaries, no raise, and no recognition for the work given. * Micromanagement to the core and psycho managers who dig up every issue even when it's silly. * If you are experienced and want to make a good career as an analyst, this is not the place for you.
