No one trains here, job security average, no carrer growth, please leaving jobs. very bad salary, dirty politics for salary and non committed, bad work environment, no work life balance.

No growth of employee, Everyone cries tell he gets new placement except some person who belong to their family or Marwari community. They do not give credit to good work regardless you give your blood.

Unprofessional top Management, being family business it's typically one man show and tussles within family and highly political environment makes it toxic. Only people who don't have zeal to grow in organic environment, or have some complications can only work.

Dislikes

Management did not have proper vision. Expectations were unrealistic with no sense of timelines. Excessive office politics among middle management. Being a family operated business unit an age old tradition of being in the good books of the owners was the primary focus instead of proper planning and execution of any sort of project.

They have a decent administrative system and Employee benefits are decent.

Dislikes

There is no job security, lots of politics, employees are not allowed to communicate within the office. There is no sense of time within the bosses and colleagues. They call whenever they want and they dont care if you are outside or attending a function. You are expected to work 24*7 and carry you laptop around everywhere. Your personal space, time and Sanity will go away once you start to work here.
