The working environment and management was good and friendly. They would help and extend deadlines if the reasons were genuine.

Dislikes

The employees and interns were laid off within 6 months from the joining of the company. They were hired with a very promising future into the company as it was a start up. Amidst Second wave of COVID-19 without any prior intimate notice the interns and employees received their laid off letter and were promised that their pending stipend/salary of 2 and ½ months would be credited. The salary/stipend never came. The company discontinued their professional email ID and made it difficult for employees to contact them.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
