They hold your half salary for the first month,tell the employees that this half salary will be received once we serve the notice period,after the employees has served notice they hold employee's last month salary + half salary of the first month,they will not give joining letter,relieving letter,they will expect a fresher to complete a project on its own,their are no technical managers,people with absolute 0 technical knowledge are running the company,they will make your life hell while you are working in the company. They ask the client for token money after showing the design and after receiving the token the project never gets completed All in all its a fraud company,even if you are unemployed for 5 years and get an offer from flyweis technology think 100 times before joining Interview process-They will ask some googled questions and select you because people have 0 knowledge of tech in the company and when such people run a company they will tell you to complete an impossible task in an impossible timeline

... They hire people for a while and just throw them away giving silly reasons. They haven’t paid the salary any yet and I don’t think they are even going to do it.

No management no coordination no salary crediting to old employees,no reply to your email and messages,too much delay for replying , Not a good company,not valuing employees Worst company ever I worked with Insecure company, No job security
