Company culture as mostly being the remote first company it leads to independent and work self without much interaction

Dislikes

The odd timings of calls, meetings, off shifts and no leaves on weekends. Also the pay scale is very bad, as once they have received funding in 2020-2021 they have recruited new joiners with over double the salary of the existing employee with same and lesser work and the hard truth is that the existing employee has to mentor the newbie knowing their package. No consideration for the handwork of the existing employees no package regularization

Likes

The company is open to opinions and discussions pertaining to work and culture. It is easy to reach everyone, whether they are executives or directors/vice presidents. The engineering team, design team, and product team can all work remotely. We get together a few times a year for fun activities, parties, and brainstorming sessions. Communication, collaboration, and understanding across teams and with management provide insight into how and what is happening, and this is achieved through monthly or biweekly townhall meetings.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, but growth is slow. You will be listened to, but fewer actions are taken.

One of the simplest practices that most Indian companies don't follow is giving respect to the employee. We, as humans deserve to be treated as people and not just resources. I have seen people giving you a lot of respect just for doing your job and of course when you go out of the way. Another good thing is the work-life balance, it's totally up to you to manage your time, and no one forces you to work over the weekends. Also, people are really friendly which makes you work with them with ease.

Dislikes

There is less focus on proper accountability, which means who is supposed to do what. There is a lot of overlap in terms of work right now.

Flyhomes is such a wonderful company and will always remember all the employers are very good and helpful and also there is 0 politics in the company and especially Tushar sir he such a motivating person , words can be less for him . I always wish that Flyhomes will do wonders and willalways achieve the mission and vision .
