...raining opportunities. Good career growth and learning. Terrible job security. Salary rise percentage vary greatly between highest and lowest. Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good. Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
