I joined here as GETs. I learned a lot.Career growth, salary , working days every thing is okay.

Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.

If you wanna join this company then forget every social relations on an average from last 2 years people are dying either from heart attack or much stress

Vast exposure, competitive salary, multinational, multifaceted and can work on other than oil and gas

Progress is slow, salary increments do not come easy, a lot of showdown in meetings to be boss buddy, transfer between departments and roles is possible but not easy

...off. Lots of learning opportunity due to their In-house Fluor University portal. Salary is fine

Hierarchy as per experience wise very absurd. None of factors available for IT exemption in salary str. Projects viability is poor. Superficial dialogues from management all the time for their efforts in bringing works. Completion high and their choosy nature towards job is not making business rather doing hope only. Mainly, Contracts Department jesa koi kaam hi nahi hai.
