Work life balance is the best thing about this company other than this good compensation, only if you'll perform well & don't have any issues with manager or any other. They have alternative Fridays off. Flexibility in timings.

Dislikes

No professional growth untill you don't have professional degree. To reach the levelof TL & above you have to be either CA or CMA. Work is bifurcated into very small parts. You won't be able to learn end to end part of any activity. No learning infact who join here stays here with no reason. it's a comfort zone & comfort zone is equivalent to jail it steals your potential & let you be lazy.

...off. Lots of learning opportunity due to their In-house Fluor University portal. Salary is fine

Hierarchy as per experience wise very absurd. None of factors available for IT exemption in salary str. Projects viability is poor. Superficial dialogues from management all the time for their efforts in bringing works. Completion high and their choosy nature towards job is not making business rather doing hope only. Mainly, Contracts Department jesa koi kaam hi nahi hai.

There is nothing to like , pay cuts during covid and hell lot of firing .. These type of organisations should, be banned in India.

...raining opportunities. Good career growth and learning. Terrible job security. Salary rise percentage vary greatly between highest and lowest. Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good. Travel opportunity is given to pre identified employee irrespective of their longiness in the project. Work life balance is good. Opportunity to be innovative.

Terrible job security. Lateral entries are never treated at par with who joined as GET. Regionalism.
