Nothing good. Really bad organisation for experienced persons. Request not to join unless you are Group leader or more. Only good thing is Travel Policy but that also has many complications.

Company policy- very bad HR Management - worst Salary and appraisal- very bad Culture- depends on branch No product training or upgradation skill development done. Extreme and unnecessary customer visit frequency. Almost No madical facility No Family madical insurance No growth till you become a Group leader.

Work environment is good. Company is strict about policy and ethics. Salary and compensation is good. As a trainee I learnt a lot. Company invests lot on employees's training.

One has to follow hierarchy for approvals

... fails also. Company policies - Travelling and Accommodation policies are best. Scheme called SAP ( Special Annual Payment) which lowers the Take home salary. Overall good.

Work culture. Senior resources are not keen on mentoring young employees and are only keen on protecting their jobs. Toxic environment.
