The induction would happen like a dream though it doesn't feature great infra unlike few corporates today having university like campus and featuring a resort like residential training periods. If joined as a fresher the one thing you will notice is getting a low pay. Transportation, Learning and recreation rooms and reasonable deductions do have an upper hand. Internal movement of employees. Paving them ways to learn in a cross functional environment.
