...that my Owner is a Doctor. Any Job you have to fulfil. Every week JD is changed. Salary got delayed every month, if you are lucky you will get the salary max 20th of the month. Be prepared to work both at 2 different hospital as the owner have another Hospital, named Baromaa Hospital,Mechogram.

Let's come to the point of Job Joining, basically this hospital / Nursing Home is separates in 5 floors. I think this is the one worst health centre who has 5 'Maliks' . Each floor individual 'Malik'. You may get any chance of any job in this hospital, only if you are well known or will manage some referrals from any agents of this hospital. Because they are very suspicious about their activities. What kind of activities? Well sure you will know all of these. But you may get surprised to know , the owner of this building ( Hospital ) is totally out of range from. this hospital business. Every month he receives money from individual owners. you may see many reviews at google. Btw, all negative reviews are true. Yes! True. There are two nincompoops + 1 Jerk in 1st floor management. The + 1 jerk is perfect for performing every types of Black Magics. Although he has wife at home but he still keeping illicit relationship with one of hospital's female house keeping staff. But he always brags about being a true Muslim. Merely class 4 pass or not but managed a good amount of properties through blackmailing from other two nincompoop owner of 1st floor. And what to say about other two owners!! One is capable to look in house operation! And other is a truly debauchee. 1st one likes to spend money on his Doxy or in house female staffs and other Casanova has little 9yrs old daughter in home but he always put his soft red velvet heart to any beautiful young trollop! And the bed scene continuing days after days. Ohh one more partner ( Employee ) is in their team. She is like cunning fox. Or more. Whatever. Now Company's Policy: Friends! Would you like to expect any policy from this team of Jerks? Their only one policy, " If I will spend 500₹ on any female employee , she is liable to spend a quality intimate time with us " . ( Don't be shocked. One of owner told me this fact ) 2nd - 4th floor all are same by individual owner. But 5th floor is merely good.

...AN OF WISDOM!! JOB SECURITY IS : 0%. BEHAVIOUR , IN JOB TRAINING : 0%. SALARY : YOU CAN GET MORE IF YOU WILL SELL PANI PURI. JOB SATISFACTION : ONLY IN YOUR DREAM. THIS HOSPITAL IS RUNNING BASICALLY WITH THE HELP OF AGENTS. NO SECURITY FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES.
