Worst job culture I ever seen. It was my biggest mistake to join this company there is no job security.no good incentive. Not even good relationship with brands. Every month they change their incentive plan to make sure employees don't get incentive

Good environment an culture..all team mates an manager r supportive .if any problem solve ur senior staff or manager..also company policies ar good .an good like huge incentive package monthly..overall company is excellent..
