Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Bad HR policies. Everything you've to ask to owner. Hidden terms and conditions. Like the package includes laptop allowance but you've to buy your own device. Food allowance of 500 rs is reimbursed only even if actual is more. As being 3rd party job employees are treated with no importance. Though designation says it technical Support but it's technical sales. Many field challenges & no support from Fleissig team.

Dislikes

Only sales work no technical core work very high pressure atmosphere no leaves provided even in emergency situation, management level persons not so cooperative, can fire whenever they want third party payment system, very low salary package as compare to work load.
