... worst they don't even understand your concern they just need work to been done. Coming to salary, they don't provide good hike from your previous companies rather they expect you to join with less salary than you were getting. They will play very well with your situations and emotions. I heard few people got good salary but same time they were removed when company doesn't require them. I also heard that there is no hike for the old employee from 2 years and no stable projects in this company that means employees who are having high salary as per the company will be sacked anytime. I also see there are good reviews about this company that's coz HR will sit next to the employees and they will instruct to write a good reviews, sometime they will take your phone and give good reviews abt the company. They deal with US healthcare but they are not ISO certified and they don't follow HIPPA guidelines anyone can enter the workstation any time. Baggage, mobile, pen and books shld not be allowed to the workstation as per HIPPA but in this company everyone will be using mobile phone and bring their baggage to workstation they even have locker of rack facilities to keep the employees belongs. They only have 1 manager and 1 A.M in that also there will be lots of baised especially for girls. I strongly recommend not to choose this company in any situation coz they have ruined lot of people's life.
