Nothing to learn new skills in the work, there is no me technology involved. There is no salary hike as promised. There is only repeated work and zero initiative to make things better with technology and framework.

Hiring team is good but not much fun after that.

First Meridian team has not released my FnF after 50 days. All formalities has been done however they have kept my 1 month salary and fnf citing internal approvals pending. 50 days after i left First Meridian for LTIMindtree engagement has left me with no relieving letter and experience letter and still waiting.

Good for people who want settle down for life.

Dislikes

No sense apprecation work you does. all matters number year experince nothing do with skills just sit ideal get salary by politics. No learning curve need invest own money self learn growth. Doesn't pay according industrial standards

you have to work on sat and sundays if you are not able complete your targets .NOTE No one can complete that target with their existing clients No leaves Only LOP and micromanagement. Business head and his puppets are ruling like their kingdom No corporate culture

The environment of the organisation is not toxic and everyone comes to assist you if you're lost or can not achieve your targets rather than other organisations where they just put pressure on you.

Dislikes

There are alot of hierarchies to get permissions to work that needs approval on immediate basis.
