My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Worst salary first i got (15K) per month as java developer after 2 years i got increment of (₹2,890). what in the world. They will support you only if you came in some strong recommendation. otherwise you life will be doomed. The notice period is 90 days be careful too, because that too differs from person to person.

Teammates are good, you have to learn on yourself, one must learn and switch to other companies asap to have a proper work-life balance, work environment will be based on your client office (you wont be in office for the most of the time), there are politics on salary and hike will be based on requirements of the employee and not by what you do !!!
