It is a MNC company so all the facilities are really good. And, we can work while taking breaks in between as well.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is lots of work pressure. Especially in Manufacturing. Since it is a Green field industry, they were very focused on achieving milestones and the employee's mental & physical state didn't matter to the management. The management is the worst.

Work life balance, flexi hour as long job get done .For sure when needed we stay back late as well, but you can take rest next day. Recommended
