It is the worst company I ever worked with. The owner of the company is abusive and abuse mother sister on Whstapp call He wants employees to work like military joining in the morning 7am and continue to work till he is awake Also he levy penalties for small things and deduct 500 for every mistakes Don’t appreciate your work, no humanity towards employees. Worst word is also not enough for him

Such a supportive team always ready to teach whenever we ask any doubt. There’s not work load as a team we divide the work and work smoothly the atmosphere is so relaxed. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
