Compensation needs to be better as it is slightly below industry average There is little onsite opportunities There needs to be more Team outings(applies to pre COVID times as well)

First American is a great company for Females.. Work life balance is a heaven, if u be in title insurance profile then not as good as other profile.. Software, business services and rest are wonderful..

People who joins here, will surely like work environment, colleagues, team support, cafeteria, gaming arcade for chilling, creche facility, cultural activities, Gym for personal fitness, work culture. Best secure & comfortable job for married women's. No threats for all the women's employees. It would be good experience to the new joiners.
