Finolex Plasson Industries is highly good on giving salaries on time, even in pandemic situation organization given salaries on time. As far as Sales and Marketing function is concerned there is huge politics and company is operated by egocentric 1 AVP / 2 GM / 1 RSM complete square. A leading personality is not at all worked as front line sales person in all his tenure and based on analytical figures projecting targets, no any exposure of developing channel partners. Supporting 3 sides of square is not from similar industry background. No any additional activity resources is available with the organization, everything is needed to plan at territory level. Seniors are only for taking advantages / incentives on sales deed by team and no any direct involvement in the market requiring affairs. As a result the organization is recording below 500 cr business at PAN India level since from inception and highly struggling to touch 100 cr in Maharashtra whereas above said 4 so called schollar are with the organization from 10 year plus. It is highly suggested that before joining as a Area Incharge / Sales Personality, one is needed to ask and discuss very clearly with the senior personalities that if result not came as per their ego expectation inspite of giving and investing genuine efforts will he / she will be in job ??? As the persons with very clean and clear attitude, deceipline and not at all having any issues were going to be asked to put the paper by 1 AVP if he / she fails to satisfy his ego. Company MD and other equivalent personalities are hypnotized by one person and they are not looking in the truth. Very important department HR is only made and getting salaries for generating offer letters and accepting resignations only. No any feedback will be asked why the person is resigning even in case of confirmed employee too. Overall for an employee Finolex Plasson is very good place to work as far as salaries and perks are concerned.

There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
