Politics, Seniors from other teams play dirty politics. salary is low, job security is myth in this company, HR is policies are for companies benefit, not for employees, they change HR policy as they wish. When joined the clause said 1 month notice period, but when resigned they ask me to serve 3 months. Older technology, managers don't want to migrate to latest one. No code sync from seniors, need to work offline as the checked in solution doesn't work. Seniors say if you want to work then get the code and solve the issues and then work on it.

Good work environment Teammates are supportive and the management is Good company policy are good appraisals are fair and they company give good incentives

There is change of department every year and change of bosses salary is average not as per work growth is slow

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and had a global client base. As a result, I get to travel Overall pune Cluster. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we worked happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is low but growth is high. The work pressure is very very low. Appraisal is done properly as based on u r performance so overall it's good platform for fresher's they looking to his future in bank.

Fino is the excellent work place and it uses latest technology. Am trained at chathisguad raipur NIBF campus. My colleagues are very supportive and i got a apprisal also in 1 year. I am very happy to say that am Also one of the family member in fino.

Compensation is low work pressure is very high. Timings also not suitable.

I resigned in June month. My last working days was 18th July. 50 days passed but salary not credited yet. Even I call to my cluster head and HR Team they not telling properly.
