No job security, bad working culture, worst management ever i have seen , no leave policies, unnecessary pressure of late sitting for men and women. HR management dont know how to speak with their staff and colleague.

They dont give you salary on time, worst customer services with unnecessary penalty charges, the way of collection to customer is very very bad they use to abuse and harras their customer and staff also. Please be aware from this organisation specially with C E O of organisation (Aditya shankar) this line for girls and women's,

...st. The company has a lot of policy for employees but no policy for themeselves. They don't even pay salaries on time. Employees who have left their jobs from here don't even get their EPF Balance submitted in EPFO.

Dislikes

Worst Company I have ever worked in my entire work life. Employees don't have the right to speech. Admin doesn't know what is her job role & she has a lot of EGO Problem. HR is working there as a Puppet. He just has to follow admin words. He doesn't have the right to approve the leave of any Employee. HR is just a puppet there.

Nothing at all. Very pathetic work environment and disgusting behaviour

No working environment. People used offensive language in office. No discipline and no salary on time. They don’t not how to behave with their employees specially girls.

I like it very much as I am here for 7 months. I like the current work culture. My current team is excellent and having the scope of learning, overall managers are good. It also depends on your team. Company policy is best. Lots of technology learning sessions organized. Good learning opportunities.

As the organization is growing large, the flexibility is reducing and the receptiveness management is also dipping.
