...owners both legally as well as, as if they are some underworld don or something. Students who enroll here cries everytime because they are being promised that they will be getting very good salary package once there course gets completed (Check there website if you don't believe me). These students are getting scammed with these fake promises and fake reputation build by the company using paid reviews on Google. Once these students suffers, they and their parents comes to fight and as a Trainer, I had to listen to these abuses, police threatening and sometimes even risk of getting beaten all the time because owners will not come to the rescue, its the trainer who spends most of the time with these students for sessions and ultimately trainer suffers. They are scamming and looting full time while their students and employees suffer to this gutter level.

This is an 18 hours job with very little salary. The HR made me convinced with lies about this company and made me sign the bond. My experience was good for initial few days because they didn't wanted me to run away, but they started making my life hell after 1-2 months. This job requires tolerance level that of Mount Everest because you will be listening to threats either from the students/parents or the company itself.

They don't have any projects for you to do Data Analysis. There will be no learning for you here, all you will be doing is wasting your time.

Nothing to learn. No salary as per industry standards. Fake promises and lies with lots of salary deduction and bond. Instead of data analysis, they make me work as content creator for their Edtech 6 days, sometimes 7 days working with no extra salary/pay.

Fingertips has maintained no politics culture which is best for people who don't want to be part of such organization and grow by their talent. Very friendly environment to work.

Stay away if you love gossips as here is no tolerance policy on this.

I have come across few employee just joined for retention bonus at Fingertips their aim is just to complete year and due to which they are not focus on growth and disturb other also. They don't have any long term vision. So it's better for management to give performance based bonus.
