I have come across few employee just joined for retention bonus at Fingertips their aim is just to complete year and due to which they are not focus on growth and disturb other also. They don't have any long term vision. So it's better for management to give performance based bonus.

Even if I use microscope to find one good thing in this company, even then I won't be able to find anything. The owner of this company who doesn't even know how to talk to females, have been putting pressure to convince and fool innocent students and their parents that this is the best Data Science/Digital Marketing Course out there! The truth is, we don't have trainers, we have a couple of freshly graduates whom we use and show the world as if we have industry experts to teach them. I along with others have been fooling and doing frauds to these innocents students and looting them big time. I didn't wanted to work for this company as soon as I realized this, but the CEO and Director of this company made threats that they would destroy my career if I speak the truth or try to skip this jail. Instead of spending money on their employees or making their paid education program truly a good or at least an ok-ok product, the company has been investing only on paid and fake reviews everywhere, specially google.

Very Strict timings, suicidal kind of pressure, no timely salary, only half salary is given to what was promised, sandwich policy, only 6 leaves in the entire year, very unclean toilets, legal threats from the company owners as if I am their enemy, bond, lots and lots of manipulation and fake promises! My Advice: Even if you are getting few thousand rupees less from some other place, go there, never join this company. To get you onboard they will lure you with promises even pay for your visit at their office very first time, after that you will suffer, won't get salary and you won't even be able to leave this company because they would have made you sign the bond! Special Advice for Sales people, specially freshers: You guys will have to work all 7 days, even Sundays, 12-14 hours each day. Don't kill you career, look for opportunities even if you don't have, then also sit idle at home rather than joining this company!

...owners both legally as well as, as if they are some underworld don or something. Students who enroll here cries everytime because they are being promised that they will be getting very good salary package once there course gets completed (Check there website if you don't believe me). These students are getting scammed with these fake promises and fake reputation build by the company using paid reviews on Google. Once these students suffers, they and their parents comes to fight and as a Trainer, I had to listen to these abuses, police threatening and sometimes even risk of getting beaten all the time because owners will not come to the rescue, its the trainer who spends most of the time with these students for sessions and ultimately trainer suffers. They are scamming and looting full time while their students and employees suffer to this gutter level.

The company buys fake reviews for their business on Google Reviews to scam students. Similarly, they have written fake reviews here as well and all those 5 star ratings that you see here are fake and absolutely misleading. In the entire history of this company, not a single employee of present or past you will find that will speak good of this company. The owners of this company are GODS of MANIPULATION. They will do buttering, promise you things that will NEVER HAPPEN, I repeat: WILL NEVER HAPPEN

-> Toxic Environment -> Bond -> No Timely Salary -> A lot of salary deductions for no reason at all -> Pressure, Stress and 14 hour job -> No Holidays -> Fake Promises with a lot of manipulation -> Sandwich Policy -> If you are 16 minutes late, your half day salary is gone! -> Company is build on Fake reputation with Paid reviews on Google and everywhere else with no actual product. Before joining this company make sure that you have taken a review from a genuine person who had worked for this company. You can find people on Linkedin. Even if you ask a student that will also Abuse them forget about the employee who will curse them day and night if you ask them. Save your career and DO NOT JOIN this Company specially if you are not from Ahmedabad. All the best.

I haven't seen such Toxic and Abusive environment in my entire life. I was paid for the travel to join this scam company and when I joined, I thought if they are paying for my travel expenses then the company would be good, but no! They will torture and harass you in every way possible. The HR who hired me also left this company now.

Dislikes

Take one day leave 3 days salary will be deducted as per sandwich policy. They will ask you to sign the bond and if you tried to leave they will deduct 50,000 Rupees from your account as they say. You cannot join until and unless you give them a cheque so that they can deduct the amount from your account if you try leaving them. Company is full of abuses, toxicity and Sales team is required to work even on Sundays.
